Aaron facility has adequate parking for our customers. We have designated parking areas for both cars awaiting service and cars already serviced eliminating any cramped and confusing parking. Our entry has automatic doors for ease of access by both abled and disabled patrons. We have a large mud room for the safe organized storage of wintercoats and touks. Our large picture windows are double glazed and tinted to help keep the facility warm in the winter and cool in the summer.
Our facility is designed with you in mind. It is 40,000 square feet with enough space to acommodate a beautiful reception area, spacious waiting lounge, vehicle inspection area and well equipped garage with 20 bays. Our reception area is manned by our very courteous customer service representatives who are very willing to serve you. The waiting lounge is decked out with comfortable furnishing, many big screen TVs with cable feed, big screen monitors showing each bay, free WiFi, vending machines for drinks and snack, leather wrapped sectional seating, massage chairs and plush recliners.
We have a well equipped service area with 20 bays and experienced mechanics. Each bay has a full set of tools that allow our mechanics to operate efficiently and effectively. The service area is clean and well maintained to ensure our staff's well-being. Cars are power-washed before and after servicing to make them presentable for both our customers and mechanics.
Our large indoor inspection area allows us to inspect your car in your presence before servicing. It is well lit and heated so that these enspections can be done properly and in comfort. On completion your sign-off will be required to finalize the inspection process and you will be given the original inspection sheet for your records. After your vehicle has been serviced you are encouraged to use your copy of the inspection sheet to ensure all items are present and in the same condition. Any anomalies must be reported immediately to the customer service department for follow up.
